The Communications Coordinator identifies and develops compelling stories that highlight our people, culture, milestones and impact across internal and external channels. This position has a keen eye for storytelling, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for connecting audiences through engaging content. The position also provides administrative support to the Marketing and Communications team. What youll be contributing: Promote and follow all plant safety guidelines. Discovers and develops stories from across the organization that bring our mission, values, and work to life. Collaborates with teams, departments, and individuals to uncover interesting initiatives, milestones, and employee spotlights for both internal and external use. Writes and edits content for a variety of formats, including intranet posts, website updates, newsletters, social media, etc. Partners with internal stakeholders to plan and deliver effective employee communications that inform, inspire, and engage.
