Our category-defining brands leverage meticulous craftsmanship and cross-collaboration to pursue innovation and redefine what is humanly possible in the outdoors.The Material Handler position is responsible for various aspects of the distribution center processing and receiving, fulfillment, and shipping of product and inventory management.This position reports to the Distribution Supervisor and is based out of our Olathe, KS location. As the Material Handler you will have an opportunity to: •Perform various warehouse functions including but not limited to receiving, packaging and shipping of customer orders•Perform cycle counts on inventories•Ensure a neat/ clean environment by cleaning work areas and discarding materials in a proper manner•Comply with all safety procedures•Use a handheld scanner and other distribution related IT equipmentYou have: •Qualified candidates must have a working knowledge of distribution functions•Must have sound judgment and reasonability•Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts•Effective communication skills with all co-workers and ability to maintain a high attention to detail•Ability to perform additional duties as requiredYou might have: •1-2 years related experience preferred, RF experiencePay Range:Starting Hourly Rate: $17.50The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.We offer a highly competitive salary, comprehensive benefits including: medical and dental, vision, disability and life insurance, 401K, PTO, paid holidays, gear discounts and the ability to add value to an exciting mission!Our Postings are not intended for distribution to or use in any jurisdiction, country or territory where such distribution or use would violate local law or would subject us to any regulations in another jurisdiction, country or territory.
