Supports, trains and certifies newly hired LT - Os - Operates industrial powered lift truck in a safe and efficient manner - In the absence of the Shift Supervisor the Lead will act as Supervisor as needed - Inventories materials on work floor and supply workers with materials as needed - Assists Supervisors and management of the facility in planning, assigning and directing work - Assist LTO's with daily issues - Assist other Leads and Supervisors with ensuring that policies, procedures, and best practices are being followed - Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed. - Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate. - Other duties as assigned Schedule: Monday - Friday / 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm Hourly Rate: $21.00 plus $1.50 Shift Differential High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experi...Material Handler, Manufacturing, Supervisor
