Salary: $21.00 per hour

Join Our Quality Team!

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Dimensional Inspector to support our Quality department. In this role, you will play a key part in upholding the high standards of our products by ensuring all components meet specified dimensions and tolerances.

You will be involved in all aspects of the quality inspection process and act as a strong advocate for quality throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and approve products by confirming specifications through visual and measurement testing.

  • Approve or return finished products for rework based on inspection findings.

  • Document inspection results by completing detailed reports, logs, and data entry in the quality database.

  • Ensure measurement equipment is properly maintained and calibrated; report malfunctions.

  • Select product samples and verify quality using appropriate tools and methods.

  • Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by following company and regulatory standards.

  • Participate in internal and external training to stay current with quality standards and procedures.

  • Support the quality team in establishing and maintaining quality standards.

  • Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to verify product compliance.

  • Use inspection tools including micrometers, calipers, gauges, optical comparators, and more.

  • Assist with preparing samples for metallurgical testing and maintaining test records.

  • Submit inspection reports to the Quality Supervisor or Director.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Proven experience with micrometers, calipers, and blueprint reading.

  • Working knowledge of concentricity gauges and optical comparators is a strong plus.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Basic math and computer skills.

  • Responsible, dependable, and able to work well both independently and in a team.

  • Willingness to learn and support multiple tasks within the quality process.

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
