The Line Lead will be responsible for overseeing the line of production and coordinate and oversee the daily activities of warehouse personnel under the direction of the Operations Manager / Supervisor in order to profitably meet the customer needs while ensuring that corporate values and objectives. This leadership role will be responsible for delegating functions to warehouse associates as necessary to meet the needs of the customer. Following company and site-specific safety policies, and encouraging other associates to do the same, is of great importance to this position. RESPONSIBILITIES:Directly supervises temporary employees in production. Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable procedures.
