Our PACU Pre-Operative Nursing Manager will ensure high-quality, patient-centered care by overseeing daily unit operations and staffing. The Manager is responsible for monitoring nursing care against established policies and ensuring accountability for quality and clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance patient safety and quality outcomes through evidence-based practices.
• Promote compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Manage admissions and discharge processes to maintain efficient patient throughput.
• Foster interdisciplinary care coordination for exceptional patient experiences.
• Support the achievement of internal/external benchmarks and accreditations.
• Evaluate nursing care provision to ensure patient and family needs are met.

Qualifications:

• Associate Degree in Nursing (Required)
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Required)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare (Required)
• Leadership experience preferred (1+ years)
