Location: Lawrence, KS (On-site Position)

Pay Structure:

  • Starting Pay: $15.00/hr
  • Plus potential bonuses exceeding $1,000!

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time positions available
  • Evening and night shifts are encouraged, with a 10% shift differential for hours worked between 7 p.m. and 5 a.m.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service for basic inquiries via phone, email, web chats, or written correspondence.
  • Utilize computerized systems for tracking and troubleshooting.
  • Respond to customer inquiries by directing them to appropriate resources.
  • Maintain knowledge of client regulations and policies.
  • Complete call logs and assist callers with online applications.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent and 6 months of customer service experience.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within timelines and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work on-site, with attendance requirements.
  • Participation and certification in internal training programs are necessary.
