TFI Family Services is hiring a full-time Aftercare Case Manager to join our team! What You'll NeedA bachelor's degree in human services.A valid driver's license.A willingness to learn-we'll provide all the training you need!A Day in the LifeAs an Aftercare Case Manager, you'll support children and families who have achieved permanency through reintegration, adoption, custodianship/guardianship, or aging out of care.
