The Depot Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the depot, ensuring the safety, efficiency, and quality of services related to the inspection, repair, maintenance, and storage of equipment such as containers, chassis, refrigerated containers, gensets, and more. This role also involves equipment sales and the development of a high-performing team dedicated to delivering excellent service to both internal and external customers. Key Responsibilities:Provide day-to-day oversight of employees to ensure a safe and productive workplace in line with company standards and regulations. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, as well as corporate policies and procedures related to depot operations.
