Position Overview
The Project Admin will support project management activities by ensuring smooth administrative processes and effective communication among project stakeholders. This role is essential in maintaining project documentation, managing contract administration, and facilitating timely responses to requests for information (RFIs) and submittals within an industrial construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and management of project documentation including contracts, RFIs, and submittals.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring all necessary materials and agendas are prepared in advance.
  • Maintain organized records of project files, correspondence, and reports to ensure easy retrieval of information.
  • Support project managers in monitoring project progress and deadlines, providing administrative support as needed.
  • Act as a liaison between project teams and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and coordination.
  • Assist in tracking project budgets and expenditures, helping to ensure financial compliance.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as required for project updates and stakeholder meetings.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project administration within the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of contract administration and project management processes.
  • Experience with RFIs and submittals in an industrial project setting is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
