Description:

Execute weekly, quarterly, and annual customer communications planning, partnering with business owners across the business and in concert with marketing operations, messaging, product management, analytics, consumer insights, pricing and more. The role requires strong cross functional partnership across the enterprise to ensure flawless execution of customer communications in market and performance management. Assist with the development and implementation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly communications plans for the Postpaid portfolio. Requires extensive planning management including analysis of customer communications strategy. Responsible for finding opportunities to adjust plans based, business performance and customer experience / pain points. Provides strategic recommendation on communications plans, offers, and programs existing customers.
