We are seeking a full-time Aviation Programs Engineer/ Manager 1 in our Olathe, KS location. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting successful conception, development, and/or application of sophisticated avionics systems including support of technical system proposals and related documentation, identifying and documenting technical scope of change, and ensuring system compliance with customer requirements. Essential Functions Support OEM customer inquiries and ensures effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders Demonstrate attention to detail and consistently maintain all work products in an organized fashion Develop basic working knowledge of Garmin Integrated Flight Decks, Garmin aviation products, or sub-systems Develop basic working knowledge of standard department processes and tools while demonstrating application throughout all program life cycles Lead creation of various presentation materials to inform internal stakeholders of relevant progra...Engineer, Manager, Aviation, Program, Technical, Technology
