Job Title: Quality & Environmental Systems CoordinatorOverview:This role focuses on supporting and enhancing quality and environmental systems in alignment with international standards. The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement initiatives, ensure compliance with safety and environmental protocols, and contribute to customer satisfaction through quality-focused strategies.Key Duties:Promote and maintain a safe work environment by following safety protocols and addressing potential hazards.Oversee and evolve ISO-based management systems to meet current and future organizational needs.Support local implementation of health, safety, and environmental procedures and ensure alignment with broader company policies.Conduct internal audits related to quality and environmental standards and ensure corrective actions are tracked and reported.Lead initiatives aimed at identifying and resolving quality issues, using data-driven methods to support improvements.Organize and train cross-functional teams to identify process enhancements and drive quality improvements.Manage customer-related quality audits and respond to surveys and documentation requests.Apply statistical tools to monitor and improve manufacturing processes.Utilize lean methodologies such as value stream mapping, FMEA, and control plans to optimize operations.Prepare and deliver customer-required documentation, including compliance certificates and test results.Stay current with industry trends by participating in professional development opportunities and networking.Collect and report internal safety and environmental data, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.Take immediate action to halt any unsafe or non-compliant activities that could impact people, products, or the environment.Core Competencies:Experience conducting audits and applying quality engineering principlesFamiliarity with ISO9001 and ISO14001 systemsProven ability to manage and improve quality assurance processesPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., industrial or manufacturing systems) or equivalent hands-on experienceSubstantial experience in quality systems may be considered in place of formal educationWhy Join Us?This is a direct-hire opportunity with long-term growth potential.
