As our Assistant Project Manager - Owner's Representative, you'll play a crucial role in assisting in the oversight of construction projects, ensuring that our properties meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination: Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing multiple construction projects, ensuring each project adheres to timelines and budget constraints.
• Owner's Representation: Act as the liaison between property owners, in-house construction teams, and external stakeholders to guarantee client expectations are met.
• Budget & Schedule Oversight: Monitor project costs and schedules, addressing challenges proactively to keep projects on track.
• Quality Assurance: Ensuring work meets our rigorous quality standards and complies with all building codes and safety regulations.
• Communication & Reporting: Prepare and present regular project updates, maintain detailed records, and facilitate clear communication among all project stakeholders.
• Problem Solving: Identify potential issues early on and implement effective solutions to ensure seamless project execution.

• Experience: Has 2+ years in project or construction management, preferably in multi-family construction or a related field.
• Detail-Oriented: Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills and an eye for quality.
• Effective Communicator: Communicates clearly and confidently with teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Tech-Savvy: Is proficient with project management software, like JobTread and office tools, specifically Google Suite. We are a Mac computer company.
• Team Player: Thrives in a collaborative environment, embracing a culture of mutual support and continuous learning.
• Problem Solver: Tackles challenges head-on, ensuring projects stay on track and exceed expectations.
• Travel Requirement: Is willing to travel up to 20% to visit job sites. Intermittent.
