The starting pay for this position is between $15.75-$18.75 per hour depending on experience and availability!

As an Assistant Manager, you will support the restaurant and General Manager by managing shifts and assisting in administrative duties. In the absence of the General Manager, you will provide leadership to ensure the restaurant operates to brand standards. Assistant Managers should have strong leadership qualities, organizational skills, a confident, professional manner, and the ability to give clear instructions, exhibit strong time management, and solve problems effectively.

What will YOU do?

• Understand and perform every job in the restaurant.
• Oversee team members and Shift Managers to ensure duties are completed and high-quality food is served safely and promptly.
• Ensure the restaurant is a safe environment for staff and customers.
• Complete all training and certification requirements for team members.
• Maintain health and safety standards, adhering to all regulations.
• Support the development of Shift Managers and future leaders.
• Assist in restaurant maintenance and hiring processes.
• Help maintain strong financial results.

Are you Qualified?

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Two years of restaurant experience with leadership responsibilities.
• High School Diploma required.
• Ability to read, speak, comprehend, and write in English.
• Current Health Card according to local requirements.
• Reliable transportation.
• Pass Criminal Background Check including MVR.
• Pass SERV Safe Certification Course and Exam.
• Expected 50-hour work week.
• Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
