Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of general management experience, including financial accountability, and 4 years supervising at least 50 nonexempt and 5 exempt associates; or 4 years of management experience with similar supervisory responsibilities. Additional requirements include successful completion of all job-related trainings and assessments. For firearm-related facilities, a background check and specific training are required. Effective January 26, 2019, ongoing training and assessments are mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University; experience as a Store Manager in a low or medium complex store, or 2 years in a high-volume retail store, particularly in grocery areas.
