We are seeking a full-time Industrial Engineer 2 in our Olathe, KS location. In this role, you will be responsible for leading small projects and/or sub projects with relation to the analysis, design and implementation of physical layout design of workspaces. Essential Functions Provide analysis and input on physical layout design of workspaces for maximum flexibility and productivity, ensuring demand requirements are met Analyze, design and implement ergonomics within Operations to enhance productivity, reduce fatigue and ensure a safe work environment Mockup and test new processes and/or equipment including development of designed experiments for process and quality improvements Analyze, justify and implement special packaging projects, including tooling and equipment set-up Collaborate and adds value in engineering design reviews Complete basic cost analyses and provides justification for new equipment Understand and implement lean tools and methods in performance of essential funct...Industrial Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Process Engineer, Industrial, Engineer, Manufacturing, Technology, Design
