Insight Global is seeking a Capital Project Manager to join one of our flavor and fragrance manufacturing clints in Memphis, TN. This position is responsible for leading capital projects ranging from $1M to $10M from start to finish. Responsibilities include partnering with leadership and cross-functional teams - engineering, operations, maintenance, safety, and quality - to define project goals, shape execution strategies, and manage budgets, schedules, and procurement activities. This is a full time position and requires to be on site 5 days a week.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in end to end capital project management in a production/manufacturing environment
and implementing projects in active operating/production areas (food/pharma industry preferred)
Experience with OSHA 510 or equivalent training
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering within the following domains: Process, Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Bio-Technology, Food Technology

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Project Manager Professional (PMP) Certification
Industry experience in food and beverage manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry
