Land Surveyor
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine land boundaries, preparing accurate survey reports, and collaborating with construction teams to ensure compliance with land use regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct land surveys to determine the boundaries and dimensions of properties and land.
- Prepare and maintain accurate survey records, maps, and reports.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure that projects are completed in compliance with regulations.
- Analyze survey data and prepare detailed drawings and legal descriptions of land parcels.
- Use specialized equipment and technology to collect data for land surveying.
- Participate in project planning and provide expert recommendations regarding land use and development.
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Licensed Land Surveyor (in relevant state) with experience in multi-family and commercial construction projects.
- Proficient in the use of surveying equipment and software (e.g., AutoCAD, GIS).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in interpreting survey data.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with project teams and clients.
