What You'll Do:

• Determine eligibility for special education services.
• Develop tailored Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that align with each students unique learning goals.
• Work closely with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure a seamless educational experience.
• Keep precise records of student progress, services provided, and communication.

What Were Looking For:

• Educational Background: Masters degree or higher in Special Education or a related field.
• Certification: Valid state teaching certification in Special Education.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a Special Education role.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using technology for virtual instruction and assessments.
• Communication Skills: Strong ability to connect and build rapport in a virtual setting.
