We're seeking a truly exceptional, driven and strategic Senior Product Manager who will support the definition and delivery of SaaS healthcare software products and success of Quest Analytics deliverables. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to define a product vision and execute how that vision impacts product priorities. Product managers will work closely with software engineering, sales, product marketing, and support to ensure that key business goals and initiatives are met. The Senior Product Manager's overall focus is to ensure that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals.What you'll do:

  • Bring compelling products to market, from conceptualization to product launch, leveraging a detailed understanding of customer needs and pain-points
  • Work closely and collaboratively with engineers, designers, product leadership, and product marketing
  • Manage the full lifecycle of the existing product targeted to business outcomes
  • Conduct primary and secondary research to prove new product ideas. Understand user and buyer personas.
  • Define and design products that leverage novel data sets, requiring a detailed and pragmatic view of data and its client application.
  • Write clear and actionable agile epics and user stories
  • Prioritize product features to meet strategic product and business goals. This includes the triage of product enhancement requests (internal and external) based on value to Quest as an enterprise
  • Create business models and identify target market, competitive landscape, and key differentiators for the proposed product
  • Drive network performance business growth through adoption of current products and launch of new solutions
  • Drive a high solution NPS score through a focus on high-value feature development and ensuring solutions are performant and free of bugs
  • Participate in the training and/or mentoring programs as assigned or required
  • Adheres to the Quest Analytics Values and supports a positive company's culture
  • Responds to the needs and requests of clients and Quest Analytics management and staff in a professional and expedient manner
  • Other Duties As AssignedWhat you'll need:
    • Bachelor's degree required
    • MBA preferred
    • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Product Management or equivalent role, preferably at a healthcare SaaS environment
    • Experience in the healthcare vertical with a preference for experience with healthcare payers
    • Demonstrated understanding of data techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery
    • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
    • Proven experience working with and building data-oriented products
