Days/Hours of Work:

The Warehouse Manager has overall accountability for the functions of the warehouse. Collaborates cross-functionally with multiple avenues of the business, including planning and distribution.

• Staff, train, evaluate, and develop team members.
• Oversee the daily activities of the warehouse.
• Manage and oversee inventory P&L, including BD&L (breakage, damage, and loss).
• Assist and maintain appropriate inventory levels and allocate necessary space for stock rotation.
• Oversee shipping and receiving functions as applicable.
• Manage warehouse function within labor and operating budget.
• Identify opportunities for enhancement through continuous improvement management.
• Oversee ordering, receiving and inventory of raw materials needed for Production.
• Maintains a safe work environment and adheres to the safety policies and guidelines.

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of one year of work experience required, or a minimum of five years of progressive job experience including people, project, or account management with leadership and influencing skills required.
• Prior experience in warehouse and inventory leadership required.
• Experience managing of supervisory level employees preferred.
• Strong capability for attention to detail, organization, and prioritization is required.
• Excellent leadership skills including the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships across all levels within the organization. Conflict resolution experience preferred.
• Process driven ability to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions in response.
• Effectively communicates with the ability to both present ideas and influence decisions at leadership level.
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP.

Pay:$96,116 - $113,077 a year
