Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Infant Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide a nurturing, safe, and engaging environment for infants (ages 0-2 years), fostering early childhood development and learning. As an Infant Teacher, you will play a key role in supporting each child's physical, emotional, and cognitive development through age-appropriate activities and interactions.Key Responsibilities:Create and implement developmentally appropriate activities to support infants' physical, emotional, and cognitive growth.Provide a safe, clean, and stimulating environment for infants.Foster positive relationships with infants, offering individualized attention, comfort, and care.Monitor and record the progress of each child, including milestones, behavior, and developmental progress.Communicate regularly with parents regarding their childs development and any concerns.Assist in developing and maintaining classroom routines and schedules.Ensure that infants are fed, changed, and supervised at all times.Encourage social interaction, language development, and early motor skills.Follow and enforce health and safety guidelines and regulations.Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and supportive team environment.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; Early Childhood Education background, .Experience working with infants or in a preschool setting is highly desirable.A deep understanding of infant development and care.CPR and First Aid certification (or the willingness to obtain).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with young children.Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy classroom setting.Physical Requirements:Ability to lift and carry infants, up to 30 pounds.Ability to kneel, bend, or squat to engage with children at their level.Stand for extended periods and assist with classroom setup and cleanup.Compensation and Benefits:Competitive salary based on experience.Health benefits (if applicable).Professional development opportunities.Paid time off and holidays.
