What Youll Be Doing:Keep our camp clean and tidy, ensuring the safety and happiness of our campers and guests.Be a recycling pro by managing waste and maximizing recycling efforts wherever possible.Help keep things organized, from food service equipment to janitorial supplies, camp gear, and all the little things that keep camp running smoothly.Stick to all the important rules and standards, including safety guidelines, OSHA regulations, and the American Camping Association (ACA) standards.Lend a hand with camper arrivals and departures during busy times and help out with program support as needed.Team up with the maintenance crew to knock out any additional tasks that pop up! What Were Looking For:Were looking for someone whos ready to roll up their sleeves and take pride in keeping Wildwood looking its best. Ideally, youll have 1+ years of experience in a custodial or similar role, with a strong understanding of maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.To be successful in this role, youll need to meet a few requirements:You must be at least 18 years old and able to pass pre-employment background checks.You must adhere to the policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook.The position requires physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds, working outdoors, navigating irregular terrain, and walking at least one mile daily in all weather conditions.Why Join Wildwood?Wildwood offers a fantastic opportunity to work in nature.
