Main Duties & Responsibilities
Performs administrativeduties in Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) System by maintaining records thatensures Operations has documentation needed to produce parts. Assists sales in making sure orders areentered into ERP System correctly.

Essential Duties, Responsibilitiesand Competencies:

Works with Quality and Engineer Manager to makechanges to Bill of Material's in ERP system.

Works with Quality and Engineering Manager to makenecessary changes to production drawings.

Works with Quality, Engineering, Sales, and SupplyChain to create new items in ERP.

Works with Sales to produce pricing for quotes andthat BOM's are created according to PO and specification requirements.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

OTHER COMPETENCIES:

Language Skills:

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively one on one and in small groups with customers and employees.

Mathematical Skills:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Abilities:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Manufacturing software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software. Excellent Microsoft Excel skills are needed for this position.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. Specific vision abilities required by this job include color vision.

Work Environment:

The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet. The noise level can be loud to very loud for short periods when tracking or expediting orders requires plant or manufacturing exposure.
