Role Summary:
The People Operations and Engagement Manager at Espirita is responsible for overseeing and coordinating operational support for nurses from the initial stages, 3-6 months prior to their arrival in the United States, through their onboarding and integration, and continuing throughout their tenure as clinical staff for Espirita.
Key responsibilities include managing daily communication and coordination between various stakeholders—Espirita, Favorite, Espirita's U.S. client, and external partners—to ensure comprehensive support is in place before each nurse arrives in the U.S. The manager will also ensure that each nurse's transition is seamless, their start date is met, and they are fully prepared to begin their roles. Additionally, this role involves developing and implementing a robust communication and engagement strategy to foster ongoing support, satisfaction, and national engagement for nurses throughout their U.S. assignments.
