An established multi-site private practice and optical boutique, specializing in eye health care for all ages, has an immediate opportunity to join and Lead our Clinical Assistant Team! This is an unique opportunity to provide unmatched patient care in a retail environment.

The right candidate will:
- Optometry or Ophthalmology Experience is Required
- Lead by example in the trenches, helping facilitate the best experience, including direct coaching and development of your team, often and consistently
- Be organized to succeed at completing all necessary Administrative leadership work (reports, scoreboard management, strategy, schedules)
- Have a good balance of leading and being a champion for your team, while understanding the priority is to the success of the patient experience and business

Salary Negotiable
Sales or Food Service experience is preferred, to show Customer Service Experience
Bonus based on Production targets is also available

Job Type: Full-time, 4 Day Work Week model , but flexible to meet the needs of the workload.
