Robert Brogden's Olathe Buick GMC is looking to add a Service Department Concierge/ Backup Advisor to it's team. The Service Concierge/ Backup Advisor is responsible for assisting the Service Department with day to day functions to ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities:

• Oversee Company's loaner vehicles. Check them in and out. Make sure that they are clean, have gas and are ready for customers to use.
• Assist with scanning documents.
• Fill in for Advisors when needed.
• Cashier for customers to ensure quick check out process.
• Handle all internal service repair tickets and PDIs.
• Assist with Porter duties when needed.
• Help to keep the Service Department waiting area clean and orderly.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize workflow
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Have a valid driver's license
• Must be able to pass a background check and pre-hire drug screening
